Westlock RCMP are investigating an attempted abduction Monday night.
"On March 11, 2019 at approximately 9:30 p.m., a 15-year-old female victim was seated alone at the Spirit Centre Arena when she was approached by a male and female suspect," RCMP said in a release. "The suspects asked where the victim`s parents were, and advised the victim that they were told to bring the victim to her parents."
The victim was grabbed by the arm and forced to the stairway. The victim managed to break free and the suspects fled.
Male suspect is described as:
- Caucasian male
- White short hair
- Grey hoodie and brown jacket
Female suspect is described as:
- Salt and pepper curly hair
- Black sweater with black leggings
- Black mukluk boots
Sufficient police resources including the RCMP General Investigation Section is currently working the investigation.
