Have you been good this year? Then come and meet Father Christmas! Experience the ambience of this elegant house with its halls bedecked for the holidays. Sunday, Dec. 8, noon to 4 p.m. Rutherford House is a post-Edwardian mansion built in 1911 for Dr. Alexander Cameron Rutherford, Alberta’s first premier and his family.  For many years, the home welcomed the political and social elite of Alberta.  Today, Rutherford House is a designated historic resource operated as a museum by the province.
