At Divine Health Studio, in St. Albert, we are dedicated to your health and wellness. We are an intimate boutique studio that prides itself on smaller yoga classes, meditation, and mental health workshops/programs, and registered therapeutic/relaxation and cannabis-infused massage.

Divine Health strives to be that oasis in your day where you can chill, relax, stretch, sweat, laugh, and be encouraged to live a balanced life. We offer a variety of yoga classes: from gentle yoga to more vigorous flows in our yoga studio, throughout the week. We have Registered Massage Therapists that are trained in therapeutic/relaxation, cupping, and pregnancy massage. Our mental health programs, courses, and sessions will encourage better balance, help you navigate negative thinking, and reduce limited beliefs.

Mental Health and Tapping

Most of us are reactive to circumstances and people. We exist in a world where what happens around us, causes an immediate response; “good” “bad” or “ugly.” Our emotions are NOT the problem. The issue lies more so in what we then do with that feeling.

Join me, Becca Pati, as we explore our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and behaviors. I’m offering a personal exploration of releasing the old way of interacting with the mind, so our anxieties, imbalances, depression, limiting beliefs, unproductive behaviors, and self-sabotage is minimized. We also offer Online Empowering Mental Health Courses, for those that want to take control of your life and happiness.


At Divine Health, I offer a variety of yoga classes to suit your mind, body, and lifestyle. The class atmosphere is warm, relaxed, and fun with a focus on alignment in the postures so that injuries are reduced. I truly believe that yoga is for everyone.

Whether you are looking to increase strength, flexibility, relaxation, or overall wellness, there is a yoga class for you. I will guide you through poses and breathing exercises that will help you to decrease stress and stiffness, increase memory, concentration, and peace. Some classes are fluid and challenging and will make you sweat, while others are relaxed and chill.


Massage Therapy is a great way for anyone who suffers from sports injuries, stress, repetitive strains, or overall tightness to release the tension thru manipulation of the muscles.

Therapeutic Massage is a technique that uses pressure on “trigger points” in the muscles, to relax them, causing less pain in the body and better quality of life. This type of massage does not necessarily have to be deep, but generally, when reaching the more internal muscles and tissue there will be pressure and sometimes discomfort.
