The Glasshouse Kitchen | Bar is a modern, contemporary restaurant serving regionally-inspired cuisine in a stunning year-round garden oasis overlooking the Lois Hole Centennial Provincial Park in St. Albert, Alberta.

Glasshouse Kitchen | Bar is dedicated to local food and fine flavour. Regionally renown and revered Executive Chef, Julia Kundera, uses only the finest, locally sourced, and seasonal ingredients to create a memorable dining experience for every palette and dietary restriction.

As a very young girl, Julia began cooking and baking with her mother, using the ingredients found in her Grandma’s garden and has woven this love of local ingredients into her treasure trove of recipes ever since.

Throughout her extensive and impressive career, Julia has garnered a loyal following of staff, suppliers and clientele and has maintained an outstanding reputation for food, wine and customer care.
