From Niagara Falls to New York to Seoul to Tokyo and back to San Francisco, Jason Mraz is constantly on the move.
The American singer-songwriter, who first came to prominence at San Diego coffee shops in 2000, is a two-time Grammy Award winning artist with an eclectic folk vibe.
The chart-topper has toured North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, the Middle East and parts of Africa. As part of his fall-winter itinerary, Mraz is slated to play the Winspear Centre on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
Inspired by a blessing he received from a Buddhist monk during a 2012 trip to Myanmar, Mraz wrote the song, Have It All, with Raining Jane, an all-girl Los Angeles based folk-rock band. Have It All was released as the lead single to Mraz’s 2018 studio album, Know.
Joining Mraz’s high-profile gig at the Winspear is Raining Jane whose dynamic vocals almost steal Mraz’s thunder.
Tickets start at $48.50. Call 780-428-1414 or visit winspearcentre.com.
