Pentatonix is about to show audiences you don’t need instruments to get stadium shows rockin’.

The three-time Grammy Award-winning a cappella group just announced its Pentatonix: The World Tour with 45 stops including Edmonton’s Rogers Place on June 30.

The expressive fivesome has built a career without the use of instruments. Masters of harmony, they use only their vocal chords to sing, create bass lines, riffs and melodic sounds.

In a class of its own, the multi-platinum-selling band has sold nearly 10 million albums worldwide and boasts more than 15.5 million subscribers to their YouTube channel.

Singer-songwriter Rachel Platten will open the concert. The indie pop artist gained massive attention singing several hits including Fight Song and Stand by You.

Tickets are available via a Patreon member presale running Monday, Feb. 11, to Thursday, Feb. 14. Tickets will be available to the general public on Friday, Feb. 15, at 12 p.m. local time at www.livenation.com
