The Saint City Writers are a prolific group and they are launching their ninth anthology on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at Forsyth Hall in St. Albert Public Library.

Titled Reflections, the anthology lists 14 writers. They include Alice Sears, Bruce Thompson, Carla Maj, Carolyn Martindale, Diana Bourgeois, Ewa Kolacz, Faye Wong, Joan Currie, John Betton, Rekha Kiran Proudel, Tim Fowler, Tory Sherdahl and Vic Mitchell. The book cover is borrowed from Pat Trudeau’s collection of watercolour paintings.

Facilitator Ewa Kolacz said the stories “all over the place. There are memories and poetry. The first four stories are a tribute to Kay Guthrie n response to a writing prompt. Kay was a very witty person and we thought she would enjoy this.”

The launch takes place from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. There is no charge and pre-registration is not required.
