Heron leads St. Albert race by 500 votes; 10 of 12 polling stations have reported

Ten polling stations represent 83.3 per cent of the vote, out of a total of 12 polling stations.

Incumbent Mayor Cathy Heron is leading the mayoral race in St. Albert after 10 polling stations have reported. 

Angela Wood was previously in the lead, but is now in second place with 5,748 votes while Heron has 6,252 votes. 

Bob Russell has 1,562 votes and David Letourneau has 2,295 votes. 

As for council candidates, incumbent Sheena Hughes, incumbent Ken Mackay, newcomer Mike Killick, incumbent Wes Brodhead, newcomer Shelly Biermanski, and incumbent Natalie Joly are currently leading the pack for council seats. 

Ten polling stations represent 83.3 per cent of the vote out of a total of 12 polling stations.
