UPDATE: Morinville man found

Update

Morinville RCMP said Tuesday morning that Thompson has been in contact with family, his employer, and the Morinville RCMP detachment.  He advises he is ok and is no longer considered missing.

The Morinville RCMP is asking the public to help locate a missing man.

Tom Thompson, 56, was last seen the evening of Friday, Sept. 18, at the Gibbons Hotel & Tavern.

It is possible he left the establishment with an unidentified man and woman at some point prior to midnight.

Thompson is described as a white male with brown hair. He stands at five feet 11 inches and weighs about 190 lbs.

Thompson’s vehicle remains parked at his residence and RCMP are looking to to verify his wellbeing.
