My name is Chester and I am a three-year-old neutered Parson Jack Russell terrier. I am looking for a new home where I will have a bit of company during the day and daily exercise and playtime. I am not happy in a household where everyone goes out to work and I'm left all by myself all day long. I am good company and will make sure you don't get lonely as you go about your daily chores! I'm housetrained and I'll go in a crate if I have to. I'm OK with other dogs. I prefer dogs of my own size — bigger dogs intimidate me a little. I will play happily with other dogs who are friendly but if someone wants to start something, hey, I'm a Jack Russell and I'm gonna finish it! As far as cats are concerned, I've never lived with any but I've chased quite a few on a friend’s acreage! I am well behaved with children of all ages. My previous family had a little one-year-old toddler and she was my best friend.
