On Sept. 17, 2019, at approximately 6:50 a.m., a male adult entered the Citadel Mews West Care Centre building on Erin Ridge Road in St. Albert and took an envelop containing a cheque off of a staff desk. Police investigation has not identified the man.
He is described as:
- in his 30's
- dark, short hair – possibly lighter on the sides
- medium to heavier build
- possibly a tattoo on the side of his neck
- Wearing a dark hoodie
