RCMP say they have located Arcand.
The St. Albert RCMP is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Wendell Roland Arcand, 31. He was last seen in St. Albert on Jan. 14. There is concern for his well-being and RCMP would like to speak with him.
Arcand is described as having short brown hair and green eyes. He is five feet 10 inches tall and weighs 196 pounds.
