Help this organization help homeless people and those at risk of becoming homeless at this one day, one location event on Sunday, Oct. 17. At this event, you will help others to provide a range of services to the individuals by volunteering in one of several roles such as greeters, registration or guides. Assistance is also needed in the weeks prior to the event sorting and organizing items for comfort kits to hand out to the guests. Be a part of this transformational day and make a difference in your own life while making a difference in someone else’s.

Are you available on Friday mornings to help a local food bank? A driver is needed every other Friday morning to drive the food bank truck and a swamper/navigator is needed every Friday morning to assist with picking up food at local grocery stores and with other runs.

Do you have a couple of hours each week to help at this seniors’ centre? Help on Thursdays to serve the already prepared lunch or on Fridays to prepare and serve a lunch of soup and sandwiches.
