Are you enthusiastic and enjoy children? Help to give back to the military community at this fun, upbeat event. At this Halloween party, you will supervise children in activities at the jump houses, games and crafts, as well as help with set up and clean up. Event takes place Saturday, Oct. 30 in the afternoon.
This position is ideal for you if you enjoy meeting and interacting with people. Reception duties include welcoming people, answering and directing phone calls, processing payments and some scheduling. Morning and afternoon shifts available.

Help this organization help those in need by driving to pick up a food order in north Edmonton, then driving it to this organization in St. Albert to be sorted and distributed. Volunteer only needs to drive the goods, but it would be helpful if they would also help sort. Commitment is only on the third Friday of the month.

As a committee member, you will read and assess requests for United Way funding and work to understand the impact being made by the funded programs. Knowledge and/or experience in the human services sector or experience with audited financial statements would be considered assets. Volunteers must have access to a vehicle and be able to attend evening meetings in January and February of 2011.

Volunteers needed to sit on the operations support, partner support and volunteer recruitment and co-ordination committees.
