On July 17, 2021, Maria “Rie” Agterbos of St. Albert passed away at the age of 91 years.
Maria will be lovingly remembered by her children: Angela Gauthier, Carol (Jim) Squire, Ray (Dawn): grandchildren: Megan, Adam (Ashley), Sarah (Matt), Mark (Karin), Jason, Evan, and Samantha; great-grandchildren: Avery and Greyson; special friends: Barb, Jody, Betty-Anne, Maurice, Amy, Bob and Trudy; nieces and nephews and friends.
The family gives thanks to River Ridge Assisted Living for their dedication to making Maria feel at home in her later years, as well as a special thank-you to the staff at Pilgrim Hospice for their compassion and respect when caring for our mother, grandmother, great grandmother.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
