It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gerald “Jerry”Alvin Green, on Thursday September 29, 2020, at the age of 85 years. He leaves behind his two sons: Danny (Kim Bearman) of Cold Lake, AB, and Peter, of St. Albert, AB. Jerry will be sadly missed by his grandchildren: Brandon, Matthew and Stephanie. He is predeceased by his wife Lyse.
Jerry will be remembered for his 43 years of military service, as well as his love of golf and curling. Many will remember him for his tireless volunteer efforts and support of junior curling as an official, and as the head Marshall at the Sandpiper Golf and Country Club.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions, a private family gathering will be held at a later date.
