On April 24, 2019, Gwendolyne “June” Tod passed away at the age of 93. June loved to socialize and talk to anyone and everyone. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family – playing bingo and cards, doing jig-saw puzzles, cooking and colouring. Music and singing brought her great joy.
She is survived by her 4 children: Pat (Wayne), Rick (Darlene), Jim and Betty (David); 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; siblings Eileen, John (Julia), Pat (Mel) and many nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held at St. Albert United on April 30, 2019 at 11:30 am.
The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of the Youville Home and Rosedale for their help and special care over the past few years.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Fund or Alberta Cancer Foundation.
