It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of David Wayne Kerr, at the age of 59.
David is survived by his children Leigh, Robyn and Christian, and the mother of his children, Brenda. Also mourning his loss are his siblings: Irene, James (Donna), Sarah (Bryon), John (Pat), and Beryl (Clifford). David was a father, an uncle, a great uncle, a friend, and a proud St. Albert Firefighter.
As a member of the Search and Rescue team, David went to Mexico City in 1985 to aid in the catastrophic earthquake. He also earned a Citation for Bravery from the St. Albert Fire Department.
At David’s request, cremation has taken place and the family will take David home to Fairview in the spring.
A heartfelt thank you to Dale and Jackie who showed us what true friendship means.
