1935 –2020
Peacefully and surrounded by her family, Mom passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at the age of 85 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children: Tim, Dale (Sandy), Pat (Rita), Dan (Donalda), Michelle (Steve) Jones; 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and her sister, Lorna Smith.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Vivan Pybus and Joyce Guillemaud and half brothers, Hugh and Ferg Craig.
Margaret was active in forming the first community garden in St. Albert, volunteered at Salvation Army Thrift Store, the Arden Theatre and the St. Albert Library. She spent several rewarding years as a Toastmaster and joined the Red Hat Society to let her hair down! She had a passion for numbers and a love for travel, reading, gardening, knitting and creative projects.
A Celebration of Life will be held later when family and friends can come together to share memories and fellowship.
