It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the peaceful passing of Louise at the age of 90, on July 4, 2020.
Louise was born in Mazenod, Saskatchewan to Eva and Jacob Mohr. She grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan, where she met the love of her life, husband, Patrick.
In 1972 they and their four children were transferred to Alberta through the RCMP. They moved to St. Albert in 1974 and resided there until their passing.
In her younger years Louise had a career in the housing industry as an appraiser and mortgage officer, but her main priority in life was her children and grandchildren. She showered them with love and devotion.
Louise was predeceased by her husband, Patrick; her parents, and many brothers and sisters as well as numerous friends.
Louise leaves to mourn, her children, Patrick (Mary), Kim, Sandra (Bob) Farand, Sharon; her grandchildren, Shayna (Frank) O’Toole, Sean Farand, Tessa Ryan, Alix (Jon) Garvey-Wong; her great grandchildren, Ariana, Eva, Beaux, Ryan, Fionn, and Eleanor.
The family would like to give special thanks to our earth angels at Foyer Lacombe hospice unit for all of the wonderful care and love they gave our mother in her end of life. Your kindness will be remembered forever.
A private family service will be held.
