Gordon Sturgess passed away peacefully at the Youville Home on May 28, 2022 at the age of 89.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years Frances, children Jim (Margaret), and Dave (Tania); grandchildren Andrew, Rebecca, Vikki (Jesse), Tricia and Adam (Jordan) and great grandchildren, Adelyn and Paisley. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Lillie, brother Donald and sister Corinne.
The family would like to thank the staff in units 4A and 5A at the University of Alberta Hospital, and especially the staff at the Youville Home in St. Albert for their professional and compassionate care.
Cremation will take place, followed by a private mass for family and close friends.
