The grad students of this year are concerned about delayed grad festivities. In my high school olden day (1973) we held grad in September on a regular basis. This allowed the student marks to be returned from departmental exams and those in summer school have their marks tabulated. It was nice to then connect with your classmates after a summer off and then find out what their plans are for career choices. Having grad in the fall is a nice option so don't fret!
