I am a St. Albert resident and I was reading about the speed on green cameras the city wants to put in place.
I would just like to say that I am not against speed on green cameras if they put timers on the crosswalk signals.
This really allows drivers to better judge the distance they have before the intersection.
They should have those on the red light cameras as well if they are really concerned about safety.
If they don’t do that then for sure it is a cash grab sort of thing.
