Game time is 8:15 p.m. as the Valkyries and Raiders compete for first place in the four-team division.

The final is May 11 in St. Albert at 1 p.m.

Both teams are 2-0 in league play after the Valkyries edged the Raiders 20-19 in exhibition action April 5.

Last weekend’s results were 42-0 for the Valkyries against the Wetaskiwin Warriors (0-2) and 32-13 for the Raiders against the Leduc Wildcats (0-2).

The field is also divided in half for two games to be played at the same time and every offensive drive starts at the 45-yard line.

The Valkyries also dominated the line of scrimmage and on defence Julia Baniak, Thea Savoie, Brooke-Lynn Finnerty, Emily Krause and Bridgette Abella made tackle after tackle to keep Wetaskiwin out of the endzone.

Head coach Rob Patrick described the Valkyries' performance as a perfect team win and awarded the game ball to all 14 players.
