I wish to take this opportunity to thank the City of St. Albert and the Vancouver Olympic Committee for the honour of participating in the 2010 Olympic Torch Relay held on Jan. 13 in the City of St. Albert.
It was indeed a privilege to carry the torch in St. Albert as well as recognizing all that the torch symbolizes. In addition, to be in the company of all the other St. Albert torchbearers, who had such wonderful stories to share was an experience I will never forget.
