Climate change fabrication exposed

With apologies to Dan Garsonnin (Your Views, July 18, 2009) for taking so long to reply. I happened to keep the response he sent to the Gazette in which he attempts to refute my claim that global warming hype should be viewed with skepticism.

It would appear that the sources I mentioned in my letter now have quite a bit more credibility in this debate … now that a significant amount of collusion and fabrication have been exposed on the part of the individuals associated with IPCC and Anglia University, England. In particular, Michael Mann, whose now-famous “hockey stick” graph, upon which Al Gore relied and embellished, has now been largely discredited, after an email surfaced indicating that he had not been exactly truthful. To quote Garsonnin, “he [Mr. Mann] will fudge an assumption now and then.” Quite often, it would seem.

It is my sincere hope that more people will continue to question the largely media-driven hysteria that surrounds the contention that our planet is in great peril from its inhabitants, and that immediate drastic action is imperative.
