Again Driving down a road in this city. I'm driving 40km in a 30km, or 30 in a 40 or 50 in a 60 or 50 in a 60 or? Nobody knows. Except the city. All for safety. Speed changes every block. Everywhere.

I am trying to watch traffic, I guess to save myself, I will have to drive 20 km per hr everywhere I go in St. Albert.

Do not blow your horn at me. Get rid of the money grubbing council elected to this city.
