We agree completely with Scott Tansowny who wrote that the Northeast section of the Spruce Tree Park should be left natural and not developed as a playground or group picnic area.
The Park should be an educational experience to teach children and remind adults of what the area was like in the past. They might even see birds or animals, not frighten them away, and experience the peace and tranquility of a forest.
