City council’s proposal of a track-only membership at Servus Credit Union Place is a good idea.
However it would only work if they removed the spin bikes, rowing machines and weights from the upstairs track as walkers do now, and possibly would, periodically jump on the bikes and grab a weight to walk with.
That could offend the members who pay full price and may only use one machine themselves.
It would also require two different colour wristbands: one colour for track use and another colour for bike, rowing machine, etc.
What about people who climb the stairs – would that require a third colour band?
