Re: "Losing her way to the top not a win for Heron," Letters, The Gazette, Oct. 27.

Great letter stating the truth of the election. Sixty-one per cent of voters did not want Cathy Heron for mayor.

Not sure if this will get through to council that there is a problem at City Hall and a major overhaul needs to be done on fiscal responsibility, transparency, and common sense, or lack thereof.

The chief executive officer position also needs to be closely looked at. Is the right person in that position?

We shall see what happens in the future, but mayor and council need to accept that the majority of taxpayers do not want the solar farm. Once again, will council go against what the majority wants as they have so often done in the past?
