In continuing its support of ArtWalk, the library will be featuring new works of art by a different artist or artists every month. Miles Constable's exhibit finishes on Saturday, Nov. 30. Upcoming events and news

VASA presents its Merry Masquerade fundraiser from 6 to 10 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 5 during the opening reception for the All Members' Show. The event will feature a silent auction, door prizes, a cash bar and a photo booth, plus Lewis Lavoie will be live painting with the work being auctioned off that night. An assortment of masks will be available for purchase at the door. Fancy dresses and suits are not mandatory but encouraged. St. Albert Painters' Guild member Kateryna Young returns to the battlefield for Art Battle 1928 on Saturday, Nov. 30. She'll be joined by 11 other painters (including Ashley Renee, Debbie Jeannotte, Diego Loza, and Jamie Pruden, among others) in creative combat.
