Adopt a pet

Meet Flower, she was unclaimed from the pound. Flower is a lovely girl with a sweet disposition. Sadly she was not too much younger when someone hacked off her ears and docked her tail without using a vet.

Meet Flower, she was unclaimed from the pound. Flower is a lovely girl with a sweet disposition. Sadly she was not too much younger when someone hacked off her ears and docked her tail without using a vet. Flower is also suffering from a mild case of demodex mange and is currently being treated for it. This little sweetie has been vaccinated and microchipped and will be available for adoption once we're certain that her skin treatment is working well. There is quite a bit of discussion as to what breed mix Flower is. Some say they see Sharpei while others feel there is Mastiff in there somewhere. She could possibly have some Great Dane or boxer in her as well. Flower will be a large girl when she grows up, at least 80 pounds. She also has large webbed feet. So far she has been fine with the dogs and cats she has met and she enjoys the attention of her people. Flower travels well in the car and seems like a great girl overall. Please come visit Flower and see if she fits into your lifestyle. Flower’s NASAP adoption fee includes a post-adoption health checkup. Go online to www.nasap.ca and click on the ‘adopt me’ link underneath her picture. Or call the Northern Alberta Society for Animal Protection (NASAP) at 780-922-0250 and leave a voicemail.

Aero (tri-coloured) and her brother Rolo (brown/black) were surrendered to us because they weren’t getting enough attention in their previous home. They are both a bit skittish as they haven’t been handled much. However, their foster family is working on that with them. They are sweet little piggies that have always been together and love each other’s company. We will have more information on their personalities once we get to know them better.
