Thompson, named for the explorer David Thompson, is a lively, outgoing puppy who will grow up to be an excellent companion for an active individual or family.

A typical Lab he enjoys playing in the water. He also has the Lab tendency to fall asleep in his food dish! He is happy, confident and gets on well with his siblings, as well as the resident older dogs and cats. He is quickly learning to avoid horses and sheep. He is also well underway to knowing his house manners.

Thompson’s NASAP adoption fee includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a post adoption health checkup. This little Ebenezer is no Scrooge. Found as a stray, he's been waiting for a forever home for quite a while. While he's initially very shy with new people, it doesn't take long for him to turn in to the ultimate lap cat. Apart from purring contentedly on a lap, his other favourite hobbies include chasing laser beams, attacking toy mice, and studying ornithology. He has lived with a friendly dog with no problems and he seems to get along with other friendly cats. He is currently fostered with Linus who is also up for adoption. The two of them get along incredibly well; you may wish to consider adopting them together! Due to Ebenezer's shyness, he may be best suited for a home without small children.
