Crime briefs on page 15 of the June 5 issue of the Gazette incorrectly stated that Joshua Everett Madsen was charged with assault. Instead it was Daniel R. Marshall who pleaded guilty to obstructing/resisting a peace officer and was fined $500 plus a $75 victim fine surcharge. The Gazette sincerely apologizes to the Madsen family for this error.
