Roxy is a stunning, young, spayed female cat that came to NASAP from a local park. She recently turned up as a stray and when the temperatures got really cold, she invited herself into the park office. A kind employee took her in and brought her to NASAP. Roxy is a beautiful and unique girl with her torti points and cream-coloured Siamese-type body. Roxy is a very outgoing, affectionate and playful cat. She'll demonstrate her affection for you through cuddles, nose rubs, purring and kneading and will generally stick close by your side. She has a typical Siamese personality, so she would benefit from a home where she'll get lots of attention. Roxy plays quite vigorously and would be fine with older children. She might be a bit too much for very little ones, though. Please inquire about adopting Roxy today. Roxy's NASAP adoption fee includes her spay, vaccinations, deworming, FIV/Feline leukemia testing, tattoo, microchip and a post-adoption health check-up.

Didi is a sweet, petite female shih tzu who was in the pound. She looked as though she hadn't long finished weaning puppies and perhaps that was to be her last litter and she was no longer wanted because it's hard to see how this little girl could simply have gotten lost. She will be spayed very soon and have a dental. She is a very pretty little dog and small enough to scoop up and carry under your arm. She is spending her first day in her foster home today. We are estimating her age at eight years but will also be asking the veterinarian for his opinion, so this might be revised later. Didi is housetrained and loves to be cuddled. She would love to sleep on the bed with you if allowed. She will be going to the groomer soon to be spruced up. This is her “before” picture! If you would like to meet Didi, please call NASAP at 780-922-0250 or go online to www.nasap.ca and click on the “Adopt Me” link underneath her picture. She is good with other dogs and an all ‘round sweetheart.
