I love getting pets and attention and I'll follow you around the house as you go about your business. I'll rub up against your leg and I know you'll love my little meow. I'm also independent though, so I'm not the type of cat that needs attention 24/7. I have lived with several different friendly dogs in the past with no problems; in fact I get along quite well with them. I don't care much for other felines though so a home where I'm the only cat is preferable. I'd love to provide lots of love every day in exchange for a secure and loving forever home. My name is Ramona and I am a busy mom right now, weaning four active puppies. They are six weeks old and in a couple of weeks time can go to their new homes and I can be spayed and start my new life with a new family. I came to NASAP when I was discovered on an acreage having just given birth in a disused doghouse. We were all scooped up and taken to a foster home. I am only a pup myself really, under a year old probably. I need a new home where I will be loved and given all the direction and training that I still need. I am smart and eager to learn so I will soon catch on to the house rules in my new home. I enjoy playing with other dogs and interact well with them. The same cannot be said of cats however, so a cat-free home is what I require. I am a medium-sized dog, probably weighing about 40 pounds. I look a bit bedraggled right now as keeping those puppies happy and well fed takes it out of you, but give me a few months and my coat will come back thick and shiny and I will look the picture of health once again.
