Without its usual fanfare, the St. Albert Rotary Music Festival opens Monday, April 3 and runs until Saturday, April 15.
Several hundred young musicians studying band, fiddle, guitar, strings, piano, musical theatre and voice will test their skills and abilities hoping to receive positive feedback.
They will perform at four venues across the city including the Arden Theatre, St. Albert United Church, Red Willow Community Church and Salvation Army. A schedule of events is available at www.st-albertmusicfestival.ca and music fans are encouraged to attend the free performances.
