The St. Albert Storm and the Parkland Predators huddle up tonight in midget spring league football. Kickoff is 8:30 p.m. at Clarke Park.

Last Thursday the game between the Storm and Edmonton Chargers at Clarke was snowed out.

In the opening week of the tier I/II division schedule in Spruce Grove, the Storm and Battle River Shock battled to a penalty-filled 7-7 draw and the Predators lost 35-21 to the Chargers.

The first home game for the Storm is Tuesday versus the Edmonton Raiders at 6:30 p.m. at Riel Park.

Meanwhile, three Storm players were named to the north line-up for the fourth annual Football Alberta Bantam Bowl on May 23 at Foote Field. Making the 41-man roster was defensive lineman Jack Hanna, linebacker Graham Loerke and receiver Tyler Turner. The bantam products of the St. Albert Fury were among more than 150 graduating Grade 9 players at tryouts last weekend.
