1924 – 2023
Edna passed away November 19th, 2023 at the Youville Home, St. Albert, after a battle with Dementia / Alzheimer’s. She is now free to join her family and friends in eternal life.
Edna was born April 30th, 1924 on the homestead in Saskatchewan, to Katherine and Ignatius Loeffler. She was predeceased by her son, Darryl Arthurs, and her husband, Allan Arthurs.
Edna leaves behind 5 children: Sharon (Dan), Linda (Jim), Robert (Tracy), Debbie (Phil), and Kathy (Chris); 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Bernadette (Bob); many nieces and nephews; as well as many family members on the Arthurs side of the family.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Saturday, May 4th, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. in St. Albert Funeral Home.
The family would also like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Unit 2 at the Youville Home for the care and compassion shown to Mom during her time there. They are angels!
