It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Sean Blanchard of Edmonton on February 6, 2023 at the age of 38.
Sean is survived by his loving partner Lyndsey Henderson; his parents, Steve and Donna Blanchard; his sister, Erin Blanchard and niece, Davie Kozak. He is also survived by his many dear friends, especially his best friend Dallas McKelvie and family.
Seany lived a large life and touched so many. His love for his family, his partner, his friends and his animals was always the most vibrant part of him. He was always ready to tell you the best Lord of the Rings fact that no one else knew, to give you a suggestion on the best place in town to get an amazing meal and to welcome you into his home and his life with all the love in the world. We know that he would want everyone to celebrate the life he lived and to know that he will have a drink and a hug ready for each of you on the other side.
Cremation will take place with a celebration of Sean’s life to be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Cross Cancer Foundation who provided him such excellent care.
