Jake de Champlain of Edmonton,
Alberta passed away unexpectedly
doing what he loved - working outside.
He is lovingly remembered by
his wife, Lee; children, Darcy (Lynn),
Darren (Barb), Danny (Beth), and
Dawn (Gerry); 8 grandchildren and 2
great grandchildren.

Memorial Service on April
30, 2022 at 11am at St. Mathew's Anglican Church, St. Albert.
