It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the passing of Joseph “Henry” Genereux of St. Albert on Friday, August 25, 2023, at the age of 88 years, after a short battle with Cancer.

Henry will be lovingly remembered by his wife Joyce of 68 years; children: Ron (Maryann), Carol (Robert), Glen (Jacqui); 9 Grandchildren, and 8 Great Grandchildren.

Henry was born in Radway Alberta. He learned many trades as a young man and was able to build his home on Sir Winston Churchill. The family moved to Sorrel Cr. in 1963. He retired from Celanese at the ago of 58 and traveling was his new goal in life. Many trips they were able to do and summers were at Island Lake. Henry and Joyce were “Snowbirds” to Yuma, since snow was a bad 4 letter word.

The dedication he had for Joyce who has Alzheimer’s was undeniable to the end. I
