1928 – 2024
On February 6th, 2024, Yvonne Julienne Peters passed away at the age of 96 with family at her side while in care at the Edmonton General Continuing Care facility.
Yvonne will be sadly missed by her children: Karen (Keith), Erik (Donna), Gregory (Shelley) and Sharon (Allan). She also leaves behind six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Yvonne was pre-deceased by her husband Geoffrey in 1999 and her only sister Christianne Emilienne in 2018.
The family wishes to express our deepest gratitude to the many friends and caregivers who supported Yvonne in many ways over the past few years.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Connelly-McKinley Downtown Funeral Home (10011-114 St NW, Edmonton, AB).
