Margrit was born in Brake, Germany.
Janet Haggarty was her only child.
Margrit was a warm and beautiful
woman who loved the outdoors.
Her early career was in nursing and
then she moved to Edmonton with
her new husband John Seywright,
who was in the armed forces and they
had a happy life for a time. Margrit
was always learning new things
about nutrition, the arts and was a
wonderful gardener. She adored cats
and they would give her great comfort
throughout her life. Mom did suffer
from depression but was always
trying to look forward to good things
coming. Oma will be missed by her two
granddaughters, Tessa and Jenna.
Thank-you to everyone at the Citadel
in St. Albert, Alberta. Guenther and
Ruth are very caring and dear friends to
Margrit. She loved you and the family is
sincerely grateful for your friendship.
