With her husband and her mother by her side, it is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Nattiya Thatset of St. Albert, Alberta, at the age of 31.
Loving wife to Jordan Burton; devoted daughter to Namfhon Bennett; step-daughter of Ryan Bennett; daughter-in-law to Bev and Terry Burton (Orillia, Ontario); and sister-in-law to Ashley Burton (Midland, Ontario). She will be missed by her grandmother; her many aunts, uncles and cousins in Thailand; her loving aunt, Nita Taylor (Brian, predeceased); uncle, Paul Taylor and their children Kayli and Nolan of Red Deer, Alberta. She will lovingly remembered by all of her family in British Columbia, and her aunts, uncles, and friends in Alberta and Ontario.
Nat will always be remembered for the beautiful person she was inside and out, her strength, generosity, kindness, passion for life, and her fun-loving personality.
Her bright light will continue to shine on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Alberta Cross Cancer Institute and Grey Nuns Community Hospital. Thank you to her many friends and family for their dedicated support and for being by her side during her journey.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place in St. Albert, Alberta, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Alberta Cross Cancer Institute, Grey Nuns Community Hospital, or the Canadian Cancer Society in Nattiya’s memory would be appreciated.
