Moose photo was offensive

I am writing with regard to the Saturday Nov. 21 issue of the St. Albert Gazette.

I am writing with regard to the Saturday Nov. 21 issue of the St. Albert Gazette.

The picture shown on the front page of the young moose and the Albert Fish and Wildlife officer aiming a tranquilizer gun is disturbing and offensive since the moose died as a result of being tranquilized.

The story could have easily been reported without showing a picture. I would sincerely hope the Gazette is not turning into a “tabloid newspaper.”
