I'd like to thank the City of St. Albert for keeping our sidewalks safe in the Pineview neighbourhood by replacing them due to cracking and heaving.
Although the work seems to be done professionally by Rulam Construction, some of the employees are less than desirable. I noticed the crew in front of my house pouring concrete. As I was looking out my picture window, one of the crew members decided to urinate on my front lawn.
Why does the company not have a portable washroom for these guys to use? I'd like to think this is an isolated incident, however, I don't feel it is. I'm just glad I don't have any young children playing in my yard.
