St. Albert buses need bike racks

St. Albert Transit is still waiting for bike racks. Or is it, bike racks are still waiting for St. Albert Transit. I voted for Nolan Mayor Crouse because I believe he is capable of listening to us citizens.

I voted for Nolan Mayor Crouse because I believe he is capable of listening to us citizens. I voted for him because he asked citizens to imagine and to act.

Please consider bike racks for St. Albert Transit in 2010 a priority. As members of this community, I hope you too are impassioned about being eco-friendly. If eco-friendly does little to "float your boat," then at least be impassioned about a safe commute. St. Albert is becoming a green community. We're fortunate to have wonderful city councillors who are also committed to implementing green projects. Bike racks are already on buses in these locations: Edmonton, Sherwood Park and Fort McMurray. We need to catch up.

The bike racks are full at Village Tree Station. Take a look. Let's balance the pillars of sustainability.
