Thank you to all those kind people who stopped to help my daughter and her friend when our dog Maggie was hit by a car on Sunday evening, June 14.
Her leash slipped out of hand and she ran across Giroux in an effort to say hello to my daughter's friend. Many stopped to see if she was OK and to offer help. We really appreciate that kindness, as it was a very scary moment for my daughter and all who witnessed it.
Maggie is one lucky dog. Nothing is broken, just a soft tissue injury to her shoulder.
Once again, thank you for the random acts of kindness shown.
