I feel compelled to write to you regarding your mayor, Nolan Crouse. I have had the privilege of working with Mayor Crouse on the Capital Region Board and more specifically, the regional transit committee during the past two years. In fact, Mayor Crouse is the chair of the transit committee.
I have found Mayor Crouse to be an outstanding chair who knows what has to be done, gets on with the job and gets results. His ability to chair a meeting is, in my mind, second to none and from my perspective his leadership on that committee is a pivotal consideration in the success that committee has attained.
I have observed him many times representing your community in the Capital Region Board setting. Mayor Crouse, though he is very conscious of the need for regional co-operation and supports such co-operation, is clear and strong in ensuring that the voice of St. Albert is heard. He is an extremely well respected member of the board and when he speaks, many listen.
Mayor Crouse is an outstanding advocate and spokesperson for St. Albert and the residents of St. Albert may be justifiably proud of his commitment and dedication to their community.
